The AI teammate for the whole company, in Slack
Ogno learns how your company works.
It learns your customers, systems, people and processes as a new hire does in the first week, then does the work.
01The problem
Every company runs on knowledge nobody wrote down.
A simple question takes a week. Drag to see it take a minute.
Which customers renewing this month have open escalations? Today someone exports three systems, and the one person who knows that ACME FRT is Acme Freight joins them by hand. AI assistants start from zero every time.

02A map of your company
Ogno learns your company the way a great new hire does.
It builds the map itself.
In week one, a great hire builds a map: what things are called, where they live, how they connect, which source wins and who owns what.
Ogno builds the same map by reading your sources and watching the work. Nobody writes it by hand, and it holds names, links and owners, not copies of your data.
03A week becomes a minute
So the week-long question takes a minute.
Ask in Slack and get the answer with sources.
Ogno queries Salesforce and Zendesk live, uses its map to know that ACME FRT is Acme Freight, and joins the results.
It can tell you who owns the account, and post the list every Monday.

04Its own sandbox
Then it does the follow-through, on a computer of its own.
Ogno hands back finished work.
Every Ogno has its own isolated sandbox. There it pulls the data, writes and runs code, and hands back the renewal risk report, with its checks shown.
Nothing it builds there reaches another system until an action you allowed sends it.

05Every team
Ogno works for every person and team in the company.
One Ogno for every person and team.
Priya gets her own Ogno in her direct messages. The #accounts channel gets one for the team. The company gets one for everyone.
Each has its own memory, tools and knowledge. It works only in the channels it's added to, and knows nothing from the ones it isn't.
All of them working at once.
While finance reconciles invoices, operations gets its follow-ups and sales gets its morning brief. Routine work runs on its own; anything that sends, spends, shares or deletes waits for a named person.

06Inside your rules
It never sees more, or does more, than you allow.
You decide what it can see.
Switchboard is one page per team listing every source, table and tool Ogno can reach, each with an on/off switch. The team owner controls it, with no request to an admin.
The organization sets the ceiling: a team can switch off what the organization opened, never open what it closed. New tables arrive switched off.

Every team getsits own Ogno.
Know which accounts are at risk before the call.
Renewal risk lives across the CRM, support tickets and billing, under three different names for the same customer.

Ogno knows Acme Freight Inc., ACME FRT and acme_freight are one customer, and answers across all three.
Briefs the owner

How Ogno compares
One teammate instead of three tools.
Most companies run a chat assistant, a search tool and a pile of automations. Ogno is one teammate that does all three, under your rules.
ChatGPT Enterprise and Copilot answer one person at a time, inside that person's view
One Ogno per team, sharing a map of how your company fits together
Glean finds the right document
Ogno joins the facts across Salesforce, Zendesk and your databases, and cites each one
Zapier and RPA follow fixed steps that stop at the first exception
Workflows described in a sentence; exceptions go to a named person
AI pilots spend months on consultants writing down how the company works
Ogno builds that map itself, and asks when it can't tell
Agents either mirror everyone's access or act with standing authority
Team owners choose what Ogno reads; a named person approves what it does
Assistants return an answer and stop
Ogno follows through in its own sandbox
